Ingredients

10 oz each
packets of creamed spinach
frozen
1.5
tsp
ghee preferably
or oil

tsp
cumin seeds
1/2
tsp
crushed red pepper flakes
1/8
tsp
asafetida
Instructions
Heat 1.5 tsp ghee in a pan.
Add 1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp asafetida
Cut open the packets and directly place the frozen bricks of spinach in the pan; cover with a lid.
Cook on medium-low heat.
Stir the spinach from time to time until all of it is thawed and cooked.
Mix well before serving.
Serve hot with rotis or naan.
