2sweet mangoesOR
1.5cupsmango pulp from a can
1cupplain yogurt
1cupwater
1green cardamom, seeds only or 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Wash and squeeze the pulp from two fresh mangoes (Ataulfo or any sweet variety) See how-to video above.
Add to a blender
Pulp from 2 fresh mangoes OR1.5 cups mango pulp from a can
1 cup plain yogurtSeeds from one green cardamom pod (or 1/2 tsp cardamom powder)1 cup water2 tsp sugar (to taste)
Blend all till creamy.Add more water and sugar as needed.This lassi is thick and has the consistency of a smoothie.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve chilled or turn the lassi into mango lassi popsicles for a sweet frozen treat.
