Strawberry Banana Smoothie Pops
Simple 4 ingredient cool treat that is healthy and requires only a few minutes to put together. Basil seeds add an extra cool factor and some texture to these pops. You don't have to restrain yourself from having a second or third serving.

Ingredients

bananas
ripe

fresh strawberries

cups
fruit juice
orange, pineapple, apple, blend

tbsp
basil seeds
soaked for 30 mins
Instructions
Soak 2 tbsp basil or chia seeds for 30 mins.
Add to a blender
Peeled and chopped bananas
Washed, cored and chopped strawberries
2 cups juice
Blend everything till smooth and frothy.
Add the soaked basil seeds.
Pour gently into popsicle molds.
Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
Remove from freezer just before serving.
Serve cold.
