Avocado Mango Smoothie
Creamy, sweet and tangy, this avocado mango smoothie with chia seeds is delicious and perfect for a long hot day ahead.

avocado
peeled, deseeded

mango
peeled, chopped

orange, mango, pineapple, apple or a blend

chia seeds

Instructions
Soak 1 tbsp chia seeds in 1/2 cup water or juice for 30 mins.
Cut the avocado in half, scoop out the flesh and discard the seed and peel.
Peel the mango and cut it into large chunks, discard the seed and peel.
Place the cut avocado and mango pieces in a blender.
Add 1 cup juice.
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
You can add an additional 1/2 cup of juice or water if you like your smoothie to be more runny than thick.
Pour into 2 cups and top with the soaked chia seeds.
Serve cold.
