Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana peeled, chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp sugar or honey optional
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

Place the following ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth:

  • 1 cup blueberries, washed if fresh or frozen
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp sugar or honey (optional)
  • Serve cold.
