Maia Biscottis, made for dunking in chai or coffee, are made from a traditional Indian recipe without eggs. I experimented for a while to get the perfect crunch and finally found the ideal thickness, baking and resting times for these treats. Our biscottis are lightly flavored with cardamom and baked with almonds and pistachios.

- Jaggery (raw brown sugar)
- Milk
- Ghee
