Sriracha Yogurt Dressing

When did Sririacha sauce become so ubiquitous? It’s origins are attributed to a chef in Thailand in the early 1950s but the red bottle with a green top made by Huy Fong foods now nestles right next to the Cholula hot sauces in restaurants and home fridges.

This is a quick dressing that is a keeper because it brings the heat and honey together in creamy yogurt.
